On a crisp autumn day I stepped in to the lunatic asylum of Lapinlahti at Helsinki and found the atmosphere to be quite relaxing. The asylum has been decommissioned several years ago and converted to children's daycare center and some other things.
We met this cook early in the morning a year ago in the Spice Market in Old Delhi. He had been working from early hours of night preparing food for his villagers who were unloading the spice lorries.
